We will accept returns of any unopened, defective, or damaged
products that you have purchased from waltwagner.com. At your option, we
will exchange such
products or refund the purchase price to you.

If you shop and purchase merchandise online at waltwagner.com,
any personal information that you may share with us (and with the business

that help this site function) is kept absolutely private. Neither your name
nor anything about you is sold or traded to any outside company or agency.
(By “business partners” we mean such companies as United Parcel Service
and the U.S. Postal Service, to whom we make only your name and address available
in order to ship and track merchandise. In no instance do we permit these business

Your financial information is safe.
We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information
to process your orders. The SSL encrypts, or translates, your order information
into a highly indecipherable code, which is processed immediately.
Your transactions are secure.
When you've finished shopping and begin the checkout process, you will move
into the secure area of our site. A warning window may pop up to notify you
that you are entering this "safe" area. Once you've entered, the
page address (URL) will change from http to https, to let you know you are
in a secure
area. Also, a key or a closed lock will appear in the lower left hand corner
